Privacy Policy
Last updated: February 17, 2026
Your privacy is critical to our service. As a managed AI assistant provider, we handle sensitive integrations on your behalf. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
1. What we collect
- Your name and email address (for communication and account setup)
- Payment information (processed by our payment provider, never stored by us)
- Integration credentials (temporarily, during the setup session only)
- Technical configuration details (which tools to connect, scheduling preferences)
2. What we do not collect
We do not read, store, or process the contents of your emails, calendar entries, chat messages, or any other personal data handled by your AI assistant. Your assistant runs in an isolated environment that we do not have ongoing access to.
3. How your assistant handles data
Your AI assistant is deployed in a private environment (your own hardware or a dedicated cloud instance). Data processed by the assistant stays within that environment. We configure the assistant to connect directly to your accounts. Data flows between your tools and the assistant, not through our servers.
4. When we access your environment
We access your assistant environment only during initial setup and when you explicitly request support or maintenance. All access is logged. Under the Async Human Support plan, we may access your environment to apply updates, add integrations, or troubleshoot issues you report.
5. Third-party services
- Cal.com for scheduling (receives your name and email when you book)
- Stripe for payment processing (receives payment details)
- Cloud infrastructure providers for hosting (if you choose our servers)
Each provider operates under their own privacy policy. We select providers that meet enterprise security standards.
6. Data retention
We retain your contact information for the duration of our service relationship and for up to 12 months after termination for support and legal purposes. Integration credentials are deleted immediately after setup is complete. We do not retain any of your personal content data at any time.
7. Your rights
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to processing of your data
- Request data portability
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected].
8. Security
We follow enterprise-grade security practices: encrypted communications, isolated environments, access logging, and credential rotation. We do not use shared infrastructure between clients. Each assistant deployment is fully isolated.
9. Analytics
This website uses privacy-friendly analytics (Datafast) which does not use cookies or track individual users. No personal data is collected through our analytics.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. For significant changes, we will notify you by email.
