Terms of Service
Last updated: February 17, 2026
These terms govern your use of the services provided by 1m2.ai ("we", "us", "our"). By booking an intro call or purchasing a setup package, you agree to the following.
1. Services
We provide managed setup and configuration of AI assistant software (currently OpenClaw) on your behalf. This includes initial deployment, integration with your email, calendar, and messaging tools, and optional ongoing support under the Async Human Support plan.
2. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing the necessary access credentials and permissions for the tools you want connected. You retain full ownership and control of your accounts at all times. We will never share your credentials with third parties.
3. Payment
Setup fees (Starter and Enterprise) are one-time payments due before the setup session begins. The Async Human Support plan is billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice. All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.
4. Refunds
If we are unable to complete your setup for any reason, you will receive a full refund. Once your assistant is live and configured, setup fees are non-refundable. Async Human Support charges are non-refundable for the current billing period.
5. Data handling
6. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Your assistant depends on third-party infrastructure (cloud providers, API services). We are not liable for downtime caused by those providers.
7. Limitation of liability
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data loss, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Termination
Either party can terminate the service relationship at any time. Upon termination, we will assist with the handover of your assistant infrastructure if requested. Your data remains yours.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The courts of Berlin shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
